Our customer service can be reached via email. We aim to respond within 48 hours via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course return it. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your order! To return, carefully follow this procedure:
1) Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via the address below: Return shipments must be reported via email@example.com and state:
– Address data
– Invoice number
– Reason of return
2) After confirming our customer service you send the item back to us within 7 days. With the enclosed return form. You must also send a copy of your invoice and state your bank account number on which we can refund the purchase amount.
3) Once we have received the goods in good order, you will receive confirmation of this within a few working days. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.
Used and damaged products are excluded from the right of return.
The shipping costs depend on whether your ordered product fits through the letterbox or not.

For orders of € 75 and higher, no shipping costs will be charged.
When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The order will be sent after receipt of payment. As soon as the order has actually been sent, you will also be notified by e-mail.
All goods are sent via TNT, DHL or DPD. Goods will be sent every business day. If you place an order with us on a working day before 2 p.m. and pay for it, your order will be sent by us on the same or the next day for shipment. Deliver the package service to the desired delivery address. Orders larger than 20 kg. can be sent in multiple sub-packages and in the case of large quantities, we can also call in a carrier throughout the Benelux and UK.
For most items the following applies: Order before 14:00 on working days, delivered within 48 hours. Orders on Friday and Sunday are delivered one day later. Before ordering, check the stock and delivery time with the item itself (see the description for each item). This can differ per product.
Note shipping abroad 3-4 business days.

How can I order?
You place an order with us in the following way:
1. Select products
Choose the product of your choice. Once you have found this, select (if applicable) the desired packaging, personalization and enter the desired number of articles.
With the button “In basket” you add a product to your shopping cart. If you still want to order multiple copies, adjust the number by clicking on the plus sign. With the button “continue shopping” you go back to the store. Have you changed your mind? Click on the trash can to delete a product.
If you have a discount code, enter it in “discount code”. Then click on “Activate”.
Finished shopping? Click on “checkout”.
2. Log in or create an account
Log in if you are already a customer.
Don’t have an account yet? Create your account, choose “register”. At “Your details” you enter your personal details and the delivery address. Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Ready to enter your data? Click on “next step”.
Incidentally, if you do not want to create an account, you can also pay as a guest.
3. Shipping method
Then choose your preferred shipping method.
Select your payment method:
For example via iDEAL, Paypal or CreditCard. We will dispatch your order once we have received the amount.
You get an overview of your order details. Don’t forget to check your order?
Is everything correct? Then check that you agree with our terms and conditions. You can complete the order with the “next step” button. This takes you to the payment process.
